| The
Electric Gallery, is
one of our monthly events to showcase our Band Members musical talent
in a concert type setting. We really encourage all original music with
a few covers is ok. This event features one band per night, with two 40
to 50 minute sets. The events take place on the fourth Tuesday of the month
at Zippers Bar and Grill 326 South Union Ave., from 8 to 10pm, and
are booked several months in advance along with a Host for the night. (Contact
PSMA if you would like to perform in one of our Electric Galleries,
but you must be a member first!) The sound is provided by "Rapid
Ray", unless the performing band wants to do their own sound. (That's
fine with Ray!) Performers are required to supply PSMA with a promo
package two weeks before the event, so we can have something for our files
and to supply the Pueblo Chieftain material for the article that
comes out in the Life Style section of the paper on the Friday before the
event. So along with getting real good exposure in the paper, the bands
are also paid $60.00 by PSMA for their performance at each Electric
Gallery!
