RIVERFEST- AT THE PUEBLO NATURE CENTER!
(5-11-2004, Sorry Folks but Riverfest is Officially Over and done with, no more raft races or duck races, the new management is not going to do it again! Bummer! They are going to do some kind of Pueblo heritage show from the early years of Pueblo with a few of our solo acoustic players playing old folk and country music on July 31st, 2004.)

RIVERFEST!

It's on the River and it's a Fest.  RIVERFEST!!!  It began in 1999 when the Pueblo Songwriters & Musicians Association and the Greenway & Nature Center of Pueblo teamed up to feature local songwriters and musicians taking stage on the banks of the Arkansas River.  Every year talented songwriters and musicians come together to share their talents as their music flows eloquently into the air transcending magically into the backdrop of nature and a rolling river.

The annual event has grown over the past several years requiring two stages - The Band Stage and the Acoustic Stage.   2001 brought about a new twist for Riverfest enthusiasts when three great events were rolled into one!  The festivities feature, in addition to the Pueblo Songwriters Riverfest, the Rolling River Raft Race and the Rolling River Rubber Duck Regatta.  Let's not forget the arts and crafts and the great food and drink. Yes, it's one big party that's rolling on the river!

Bring your sunscreen, your sunglasses, and a sunny disposition and set back and enjoy a rendezvous rocking and rolling on the river with riffs, rafting, and rubber ducks.  Yeah - we call it RIVERFEST!!!
